Appreciate the grocery help. But every couple months I have to spend over an hour on the phone trying to get a hold of someone for more benefits. Just today waited on hold for 35 minutes only for someone to answer and transfer me to another line for the next 20 minutes. I had to hang up to make it to an appointment. Will try again tomorrow. So frustrating every time.
