John was both effective and efficient from start to finish. He manages a great balance between having integrity, but also being calculated and assertive. I’d trust John with any contentious litigation matters in the future and would refer him to anyone.
John Hennan seemed really great during mediation, but unfortunately we made the poor choice in going to arbitration with him as the arbitrator, and that’s when we got to know a different John.
