Excellent service and friendly staff. We were provided with a loaner comparable to our Chevy EV while a part was on backorder. Would definitely recommend.
Mechanic did a poor job of communicating. I was unable to get a status update on my vehicle for several days and the shop failed to call me back on multiple occasions. I was told that there’s only one person on staff who can work on the Chevy volt. After I picked up my vehicle the passenger side seat was stuck in the forward position.
I dropped my wife's vehicle off for a software update related to a known warranty issue on 12/29/25. They warned me that they would have to do a $200 diagnostic first to confirm, and would waive it if the issue turned out to be warranty. I was okay with that. A week later they confirmed that it needed a software update and wanted me to pay $200 before releasing the car.
