Carter showed up when he said he would and he kept in consistent contact and/or responded well throughout the process. His reliability and communication in the beginning was the deciding factor in us choosing to use Henley Roofing for our new roof, and that reliability continued throughout. Henley Roofing provided such great service with two small roof repairs that it was a no-brainer to use them for a large-scale roof replacement. They provided timely, exceptional materials with thorough, quality workmanship at a reasonable price. After meeting with a few others, there is no other roofing contractor that I would recommend. Very helpful! I called to get a minor repair done and they were out fast (within 24 hr.) and completed the repair. They were also very easy to communicate with. They will be first on my list to call when I need my roof replaced.
Carter came to our property and provided a quote with multiple options about types, quality and color choices of different shingles. They also provided quotes and options for gutters, leaf guards and pipe boot upgrade options.
