These people rip you off and add interest and you paying them you can barely survive because all they want is money me furthermore I think we all should get together and file a lawsuit on them. Then they get attitudes when you call and ask for information about your case. Never went to court just received paperwork in the mail for a judgment..
Like others have stated, they have illegal practices. If you respond to them, they act as if they haven’t received any communication. They will deny it in court then push for wage garnishments for an absurd amount. If dealing with them, keep all phone records and attempts to contact. They don’t allow mail straight to their office, just P.O. Box, so send correspondence certified and keep the receipt. They refuse to answer your calls but will garnish your parents wages. I've been trying to fight a case for my mom since 2023 and they have ignored several attempts to contact them, and refuse to call back. They refuse to even try to understand people who are willing to pay their debt. They'll instead take it to court without the person present to garnish wages and move on. This firm deserves to be shut down and those working there shamed for the mistreatment of people
