Definitely a shady law firm. Sent info to garnish my wages and i live in another state. Didn’t even try to find out where i lived to send me notifications about my debt but they dang sure found out where i worked to set that up for garnishment. Suspended my license for this same judgment/garnishment just an entire cluster of crap from them not properly communicating. A creditor used them to persue a garnishment towards me. I reached out to them and worked out an agreement. The garnishment was paid off in December 2024. It's April 2026, and I find out I'm receiving another garnishment attempt from them for an even higher amount. I refuse and will be suing them for predatory tactics to persue a garnishment that has already been paid to them. I've kept every bit of documentation.
These people rip you off and add interest and you paying them you can barely survive because all they want is money me furthermore I think we all should get together and file a lawsuit on them. Then they get attitudes when you call and ask for information about your case. Never went to court just received paperwork in the mail for a judgment..
Like others have stated, they have illegal practices. If you respond to them, they act as if they haven’t received any communication. They will deny it in court then push for wage garnishments for an absurd amount. If dealing with them, keep all phone records and attempts to contact. They don’t allow mail straight to their office, just P.O. Box, so send correspondence certified and keep the receipt.
