Great experience with Henly Honda! The team is professional, genuine, and really cares about their customers. Roland in sales was awesome to deal with. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He helped my wife and I get the exact CR-V we wanted with no pressure at all. I recently purchased a 2026 Civic touring hybrid and I've never been so happy with a car. This is my third civic and I've come to Henley Honda each time but this time Roland really went above and beyond to get me into my dream car. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a good sense of humour. This was a very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, the worst Honda dealership I have visited. I would not recommend visiting this location. The salesperson, Art Nelson, showed little to no interest in assisting us and was quite rude throughout the interaction. There was no effort made to discuss pricing, negotiate, or explore possible options, which made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers.
