Roland was very kind and patient helping my daughter buy a CRV. He made the process very easy and was very helpful and informative. I look forward to being driven around by my daughter for many years.
I just bought a 2024 Honda CRV from Roland. He made the process a pleasure. Roland is knowledgeable, professional, personable, fun and he patiently set up my "android auto" for me. (I'm a senior and technologically challenged) He made sure all of my questions were answered and I was comfortable with every aspect of this vehicle before I drove it off the lot. If you're thinking of buying from Henley Honda....insist on Roland...you won't be disappointed.
I had a very disappointing experience at Henley Honda in St. Catharines. My wife and I went to the dealership because we were interested in a Honda Civic and wanted to test drive the vehicle before making any decision. Unfortunately, the salesperson refused to let me test drive the car simply because I am currently between jobs. I've bought 2 cars here and have been very pleased with the service each time. Roland was particularly helpful and not pushy at all, which I really appreciate.
Classic pushy car-sales tactics. I’ve purchased vehicles from here twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences left a lot to be desired. In spring 2025, the finance manager insisted that I come into the dealership to go over the warranty options before I could take possession of my vehicle.
