I’m very disappointed with my experience at Henley Honda. I bought a Honda Certified Used Vehicle and only four months later the battery died completely. Both my tow driver and an independent mechanic confirmed it had zero charge and needed replacement. Honda’s CUV program requires a 100-point inspection which includes a battery inspection and load test, so having a battery fail this quickly is concerning and suggests the checklist was frivolously completed. We recently upgraded our CRV and had the extreme pleasure of working with Roland Bazzo and Shamil Bechardhai. What a wonderful experience we had with our recent Honda CRV purchase. Roland, in sales immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable.
