Today’s first aid practical component was great. Mike was thorough, knowledgeable, and made it easy to stay engaged and complete all of the practical exercises confidently. The online theory component was concise, easy to follow, and straightforward to complete. Overall, it was a really positive experience completing my First Aid & CPR certificate again after 20 years. Best First Aid Training provider I have used. Online access is simple, video format for training allows access for people with issues reading. The 1 hour practical assessment is fantastic for businesses like mine that are short on time. Mike (trainer) was engaging, provided lots of personalised options for trainees with impairments (or new to first aid) to complete the assessments with confidence and feel capable. The online material was the best I have seen in over the 33 years of doing First aid as required for my workplace requirements and Mike was an excellent presenter being thorough, clear and polite in his presentation of the practical side of the course.Well worth doing through Henleys Fist Aid.
