We are regular clients for this clinic I had to said yesterdays dental experiment was a total disappointment. Before we booked this service we had determined there was only one filling needs to be carried out as it’s most priority and it also due to our family budget. Terrible dental service. Very dodgy… we only booked side one tooth filling and they ended up doing three and charged us 500 dollars. I was furious about this. It’s a completely ripped off do not go there!!! I’m planning to go fair trading regarding this matter! No apology from reception and the dentists in the back varied out the actual work tried to make up a ridiculous excuse by saying we could operate it from your insurance and charge no gap fee. I had a root canal treatment at Henley Dental this Tuesday and the whole process was very smooth and comfortable. Dr. Sharon was very professional and thorough, making me feel almost no discomfort throughout the treatment and patiently explaining every step of the process, which put me at ease.
