They cut our power inexplicably in the middle of the lease. They knowingly moved us into a completely filthy apartment after a $5,000 deposit. 50+ maintenance issues before we even moved in that have yet to be acknowledged. Incredibly delayed response time from management - it took me three weeks to get an answer as to when our fireplace was last serviced. UPDATE. FOUR STAR REALITY has the Property now and we moved asap. PLEASE take ALL PHOTOS ON YOUR MOVE IN. ITS A NIGHTMARE TO MOVE OUT and you will be charged for EVERYTHING! Including things you didn’t do!!! They became my 5th management in 3 years ugh Great Location to live, older property and make sure you buy space heaters when boilers go off! I have lived here for 3 years so far and absolutely loved it. I have never had a problem getting in touch with maintenance or the front desk/property manager! Living here is the perfect spot and is very dog friendly! The location is ideal. The amenities are also incredible (pool, hot tub, two gym spaces). Having the Safeway and Walgreens across the street is so helpful. The park down the street has the best sunrises and sunsets ever and is a great place for a walk! Have tried contacting this property multiple times in the last 3 weeks, no answer. Paid application fee, no response on mail or phone whatsoever. Seems like a fraudulent project. Please beware.
