Your patch crews need to learn how to “repave” behind peco because it’s a joke what they call a finish product your job is to make it match the existing road and ride better then the cold patch peco put in not build a 3 inch speed bump in the middle of the road it’s such a joke peco should take the contract away from you guys because all you do is build speed bumps or make them way to low
