Your patch crews need to learn how to “repave” behind peco because it’s a joke what they call a finish product your job is to make it match the existing road and ride better then the cold patch peco put in not build a 3 inch speed bump in the middle of the road it’s such a joke peco should take the contract away from you guys because all you do is build speed bumps or make them way to low

One of their truck was in Bloomsbury NJ, on a rural road with many blind turns they speed and when there was a construction zone with a truck working on the telephone poles they blatantly ignored the flagger and sped through. At approximately 1840hrs on Saturday July 26th, 4 of your cherry picker truckers drove extremely aggressively. This was heading north on PA route 202 heading toward your 985 Jolly Rd, Blue Bell, PA 19422 location. They were as close as 5 feet off my rear bumper at one point in time. When I was able to safely get over they then proceeded to try to run me off the road and then break checked me.
