Louie has been the absolute best. Keeping in contact with us throughout the whole process and making sure we got everything we needed and wanted. We did a lot of customization to the truck with the initial sale and he helped ease the complexity of doing all of that acting as a go between and also helping with recommendations/questions.
Went to Ramsey Jeep and picked up a Brand new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with Sky One Touch Roof! The staff there was super friendly and helpful and made the whole buying process EZ PZ...I paid cash so that also made it easier as well. Good Day, I wanted to advise that take care when working with this dealership. I will say the sales staff did work well with me on selecting and buying my last Truck here at NWD. Bit i have to say the support and service after the sale is simply terrible. They processed and paid off my trade-in late causing me to have to pay a late fee on that account to close. I tried to give this zero stars, but they make you at least put one in. My husband I went to East Hills after we were scammed at another dealership. Apparently, this dealership is no different. At first, everything was great. Our sales associate, Stan, was great, and the transaction to lease our new vehicle (Jeep Wrangler 4XE) went smoothly. However, the next day, everything went downhill. I recently had my 2017 Dodge Challenger evaluated for what I considered a minor problem -- gas cap light lit. After diagnosis, the service department recommended replacing Purge and ESIM. The cost for this work was estimated to be $1005.30 (Parts $340.30 and Labor $665.00). Not being a mechanic myself, I accepted their estimate and authorized the work. I just caught them posting a fake job ad on the internet. Just spent my time to arrive for a confirmed interview today to find them unaware of it. Then once I did get to speak to someone was informed they have no openings. Shame on you don't you have better things to do with your time there?
I left my Jeep Compass with Landers McLarty Jeep in Huntsville, AL early May 2025. I was told my batteries were fine and they needed to do an extensive 5 hour service check in the amount of $1,400. They continuously told me that it was not my batteries but a deeper electrical problem. After 2.5 months I was ready to trade it in, so I got my registration papers out of my glove compartment. I thought this place was great . I bought a truck a year ago at the end of June . Said if I needed anything to let them know . Ok so now my air conditioner is not not working . I’m paying repair coverage that I can’t even use !! They want me to pay $400 for the diagnostic and $100 for the deductible !!! Really I have only had this for a year and I have to pay $400 !!!!!
