Place is a joke to work for and I worked there for 4 years They do not take care of the customers vehicle they beat them and are they have like no train any of the employees it’s basically learn for yourself I would never take a car there for tires and they overcharge
I took my mom’s car to Henise last night with both back tires nearly flat. I had no idea what the problem was. The tires were only a year old. I told the to take their time, no rush. This morning, I saw the car on their lot with inflated tires. They told me the problem was corroded stem valves. They cleaned with no other problems. They told me “no charge.” But they did not install the tires last year. He said, “no problem.” This is not the first time they took care of a simple repair at no charge. My wife came in to have them look at the tires and we were skeptical that they would try to sell us new ones. We had a great conversation with the technician and the sales guy that made us see both sides. In the end we got the new tires and we can tel it was the right call. Beware!!!!! We had a tire serviced on 10/30/17. Pulled away and the tire fell off!!!! Apparently a business that services tires doesn’t find it important to tighten the lug nuts on the tires. Won’t go there ever again. Beware...they are sloppy.
