Dorr Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. Yuni has been amazing with communication and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my options. Cameron was also fantastic when he came to my home—professional, honest, and very focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate their honesty, knowledge, and customer-focused service. Highly recommend!

I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair...they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.
Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us - installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly - and all have been done very thoroughly - at very reasonable costs. They've always been very friendly and explained everything in a way that's easy to understand.
