Very reliable company to work with. The gentleman are very respectful and will go out of their way to make sure that the customer is satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend you to contact them.
I have used Dorr many times in the last decade, and they always are top-notch across the board. Appointments are easy to get, even same-day. All servicemen have been knowledgeable, friendly, and terrific to work with. Garbage disposal, sump pump, toilet replacement, pipe repair...they do it all and at a fair price. Definitely one of the best in the DeKalb area.
Highly recommend! They have done several different jobs for us - installing sump pumps, fixing toilets, including one that was rocking very badly - and all have been done very thoroughly - at very reasonable costs. They've always been very friendly and explained everything in a way that's easy to understand.
Excellent service, and quality work. This is the 3rd time we have used Dorr Plumbing, and we have only great things to say about their service. Chris and his crew are polite, clean, and works at giving us good value with their service. Aces!!!
