I have tried these orthotics for a year. In some shoes they feel comfortable in others not so much. I removed the insole before placing them in my shoes or sneakers. My arch aches and my heel hurts when I wear these for long periods of time. The heel was the reason I tried them in the first place. My podiatrist said to try them and $400 later I am not out of discomfort - I am 65 years old maybe that makes a difference.
Would recommend Henhat to anyone with foot pain. Good service on their products.

Henhat is the first company to make orthotics that made my back and foot pain disappear. I'm 23 yo and I had been in pain for the last 10-11 years through high school and college sports and growing in general.
