RecommendedAfter reading the bad reviews i thought i would still give it a try. I spoke with Rachel about a defective vent lid. She made it happen and is sending me a replacement for free. Yes i could of just bought a new one for $18 at a local trailer shop but it was the principal of it. Makes you feel good there are Co.s out there doing the right thing. Thank you Heng’s Industries.
Unable to reach customer service by any means. Website lacks any data about a vent motor that I wanted to use as a replacement, if it fits. Will probably avoid this company in the future.
I recommend they bring back the Venturi Vent
Quality is awful. Roof vent disintegrated one year on 2019 Motorhome.
