Terrible Customer Service – I went in to this business to pick up a pair of pants my husband had hemmed. I parked my car right outside the front door of the business with my twin babies and toddler in the car because they were sick. When I went into the business I left the front door open so I could see my children that were in the car. The Worst – I would have to agree that the customer service at Heng Hong is horrible. I wouldn't never go there again.
So Rude – I am shocked that this business is still open, they are not just rude, but actually mean! I don't care how good they might be, nothing would be worth being treated so awful.
