Tim Heney was a real life-saver for us. We live in California but needed to sell my husband's parent's house in Barre Vermont. Lucy Ferrada got us into our forever home! We found a new house out of the blue and had to quickly sell our current home. We called Josh Gosselin and he got back to us immediately. He came over the next day and had our house listed within a few days. He even had a professional photographer do our photos- which made a HUGE difference. He always answered our calls, texts and emails right away and helped us sell our house quickly. We could not have done it without him! Whitney Brown listed both of my apartment buildings in Barre City in 2022. Mind you, the interest rates at the time of the listings were nearly double from 6 months earlier. Selling an apartment building in a low interest rate environment is tough! But selling 2 buildings when mortgage rates are between 6% and 7% is nearly impossible!
