Very high realtor fees. Be careful of the fine print. Tiered commission system. Sellers could end up paying fees for both buyer and seller.

Lucy was the best! She worked with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, and walked us through everything. Her eye for things was exceptional and her expertise in all things real estate is unmatched. She never pressured us and always fought for our best interests. We found a new house out of the blue and had to quickly sell our current home. We called Josh Gosselin and he got back to us immediately. He came over the next day and had our house listed within a few days. He even had a professional photographer do our photos- which made a HUGE difference. He always answered our calls, texts and emails right away and helped us sell our house quickly. We could not have done it without him! Whitney Brown listed both of my apartment buildings in Barre City in 2022. Mind you, the interest rates at the time of the listings were nearly double from 6 months earlier. Selling an apartment building in a low interest rate environment is tough! But selling 2 buildings when mortgage rates are between 6% and 7% is nearly impossible!
