Helpful, friendly staff, and it's well stocked. I wish I didn't live so close, because it's too tempting to drop by. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable as well.
For us,being born, raised, and living in Port Townsend most all our life, we couldn’t ask for a finer store and staff!
The people are awesome! Here's just one of the high points..we ordered block, it was delivered by two men who unloaded each block off the truck, stacked it up...by hand! No machinery used! I offered them water and when they were done I offered each of them a tip for their hard work, they both declined! Said that they would take that water! How awesome is that? Henery's has been "helping" us since we moved here in 2005...this is a great family-oriented business with great values.
I shop at Port Townsend Henery Hardware often - in fact I was just there yesterday - and always find what I need. The store is clean and well-stocked, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The cashiers are pleasant, and the popcorn is a treat! I am always happy to recommend Henery’s.
I stopped by while visiting family. Had great and knowledgeable service!!! I wish I had them back where I live. I Am stuck with big impersonal chains😢

It almost looks like they are going out of business. Lots of empty shelves. Plants on display outside are dying or brown. VERY unfriendly staff (this isn’t new) who can barely answer a question. When I checked out, the guy didn’t even look at me (!) much less smile. I’ll drive to Port Hadlock next time.
