I been renting for almost 2 years with this company and I haven’t had any issues. Mark is always in top of anything that goes wrong in my house. Mercy is very kind and is always willing to help. They don’t bother me and I try not to bother them. First time renting and I’m please with them. Rent is always on time and they are happy 😌😌
I have rented and both own several homes in my adult life and this company by far has been the worst experience in my life!!! Marcy has been completely unprofessional and extremely rude! Most of the time I was spoken to like I was not even a human being. Anytime anything ever went wrong in the house it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix it. And we never called them unless we couldn’t fix it on our own first. It’s pretty crappy when I had to go over their heads most of the time to the home owner themselves to get them ... read more
