Recommended5 stars I am thankful for HRMC. Wednesday my oldest niece was in critical condition from an etopic pregnancy she was internally bleeding so much her blood pressure dipped dangerously low. She had more than 10 doctors,nurses and staff quickly react to save her life. Had they not gotten her to the OR and Dr. Carrol as quickly as they did, we would not have her with us. After she was out of danger I was in the ICU with her and I lost count of all the ER staff and doctors that came to see her before they went home. Some got emot... read more
I recently changed doctors due to the unfriendly, inept service at the Labelle location, Most everyone acts like you are a huge inconvenience. They are unsmiling and unresponsive. The doctor says come back Friday and front desk says No way, almost 3 weeks out. Sarcastic remarks about your symptoms from the Doctor. Demeaning and belittling. Billing is so screwed up we ended up getting some of the charges deleted due to their error but not after it affected our credit. I love our new location. Everyone was smiling, EVERYone. because I had to wait almost 40 minutes in an empty waiting room with no one but me.
The staff and nurses and all the departments. I worked in that hospital as a candy striper, CNA, LPN. Worked in ER the last years of my nursing. Have been a patient as that of my husband and children and family. The quick response and treatment of my husband when he had a heart attack saved his life. Many stories I could tell of how great it is. This small hospital has treated all kinds of serious injuries and illness. Most personal care you can get.
