I went to a competitor shop looking for a specific bike part, 5-6 employees working, all ignored me, didn't find what I wanted so I left. Went a bit out of my way to see if Hendry's had what I needed... I was in the store less than 30 seconds before I was approached and offered assistance. I hadn't seen what I wanted on the shelf, but the staff member knew exactly what I wanted and disappeared "out the back" and returned quickly with it.
