Decided to give Hendry's a try to replace tires / service my bike. What I thought I'd pay and what I actually paid were off by about $170. No communication about the parts they intended to replace during service. As a first time customer you would think they would go the extra mile to make me a repeat customer, not even a "sorry" we didn't let you know - "oh we better look into that".
A big thanks to Andrew & Darren for getting my 20 year old Intense back up and running for me. Great service and suggestions on work needed. Great price too. Appreciate the help.
I have used bike shops all over the world. It's clear that customer service is king at Hendry's. Great coms and care in the workshop. And its not everyday you get served by a Tour De France yellow jersey and classic winner. Thanks Simon and the team.
