GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
These guys are lifesavers after finding a big issue with my bike the day before Ironman Geelong, I went to a different bike shop which couldn’t help at all - brought the bike in to Hendry’s and Marty had it fixed within half an hour. Happy to say it survived the race! Shoutout to Carla as well for offering her road bike if mine wasn’t able to be fixed!
Massive thanks to Nathan, Chris and Marty. Custom built a Cervelo TT for me. Phenomenal communication with delivery, parts, communication, service and fitting. Bike is a dream and I’m ecstatic with the result. All the staff are lovely to speak with and really friendly. Highly recommend Hendry’s! Thank you!
