Booked my new Levo in for a general service, requested the headset to be regressed in addition. When picking up the bike, it was clear it was not done, headset creaking, gears were out of tune. My chain was replaced without consolation. And no one in the store was able to tell me what was actually done to the bike as the mechanic left no notes. 280 dollars to clean my bike and replace a chain! Rubbish service from what I thought was a decent bike shop.

Dropped in whilst on holidays to borrow a tool to tighten my crank. The guys helped me out and were really helpful and friendly. Made sure everything was tight and ready to go! Great service and really appreciated!
