Very professional company. Had a problem with AC related install found 3 months later in vacation condo. They came within an hour Easter weekend and fixed it and owned it.
I was referred to Hendrix Air & Plumbing through a neighbor that recently had a new HVAC installed and couldn’t be happier with the overall service and quality of the workmanship provided. Since this is a newly purchased property and from the home inspecting results, thought it best to follow up with a specialist. Gant came out to fix a water leak and so far so good! Professional, very nice and respectful! Due to a house member being a transplant patient, I had on a mask when he arrived to my house. Immediately when he saw it, he went back to his truck and put on a mask and kept it on while in the house. I advised him of my situation and he respected us and our property at all times! Very good service . Explained what he would be doing, why, and how long it would take. Once again perfect service. New unit installed and they cleaned everything up when they finished. Hendrix is the best. 4-17-25. Maintenance done today. Great service and everything is fine Thanks Josh and helper.
