Extremely rude lady up front. Some of the worst customer service ive ever had in Florence, especially spending north of $1,000. Glass was alright, warehouse guys were cool. But man, what a nasty lady up front there. Gotta be owners wife or daughter
I am extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them.
