DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!! I bought a LEMON from Hendrix Auto Brokers on Congerss Rd, in Austin Texas. I had the car for 60 days and it had $1800.00 wprth of menchanical damage. Bottom line the damage was worth more than the car. When asked if they would help me with some of the reapirs, they denied me any help. The receptionist Esther, yelled at me and threatened to repossess the car if I could not afford to get it fixed, and when I tried to speak to her manager, she refused to put me through to him and told me to call back... read more
Worked with me As far as helping with repairs They helped me with mine as I could not get the vehicle inspected without the repairs and they did them for me. I had some more issues with the vehicle and they offered to have mechanics look at it when I come in and tell me what it is so I can fix it my self wich will be much cheaper than paying for the 89 smoke test required bu normal mechanics to find the vacume leak. bad place to buy a car I bought a car from there it didn't have that many miles on there but the problem was that the lady in front is always rude at times especially if you don't have your payment in on time. i walked in on her talking to a customer very rudly. she has als yelled at me. yes, they will not help you with any repairs on your car all they want is their payment and that's it. PROS: none CONS: watch out
