Excellent company and technicians. Used their services for over a decade. Our family has been dealing with a long standing (10+ years) heating & cooling problem. A tech was dispatched from Hendrickson to diagnose the issue. However after exhausting testing, he admitted that he was stumped. However, to our amazement he escalated the issue to a senior level technician who was dispatched (free of charge!). Our A/C system failed completely and needed it replaced during the hottest time of year. I called Hendrickson who responded immediately, walked through the entire project, spent time reviewing existing ducting and central air system, and sent me a quote to improve air flow and install a new A/C system. They were able to get a crew and materials on site in pretty quick order. Made an appointment with them to get AC fixed, spent $900+ to get freon recharged. I asked that i just want the ac to work, he said that will do it and I left to work. Realizing later that that was far too much money for what work was done but hoping at least I came home to the house cool with the ac running. Came home that day with it still not working, checked AC unit on side of the house that he was working on (Brandon) and fan was not spinning at all.
