Prompt service. Jacob was very knowledgable and quickly diagnosed my failed start capacitor. Nice to have working AC again! In my opinion the total price seemed high by about 30% but I am old and still adjusting to the markup on both parts and labor these days, especially when parts are sold at an “installed price” and the install takes 10 minutes because the part was already exposed in the diagnostic process that you are also billed for (kinda double dipping on the labor).
