This place is a mess! First, I’m referred by a doctor to have pain management instead of a surgery. My appointment is scheduled, and I make necessary accommodations with my job as well as other people who had to adjust their schedules to help me post-op. Less than 12 hours before I was due to go in for a procedure, this place had the audacity to tell me my appointment had been canceled even though I had already been contacted and confirmed the previous week. Excellent staff!!! Dr. Hunt & Dr. Hendrickson both know their stuff. Kim and Kira are amazing at all the in office procedures and follow ups. Trish is so sweet at the front desk. I will never leave this practice. I highly recommend it. However, they only do injections. So if you need pain medication or patches, etc, you'll need to find another pain management doctor for that which is hard to do (so try Sutter since that's who they are under). But these guys are so good, I haven't needed yo find another pain management doc as... read more
I go here for trigger point injections, and 99% of my interactions have been with the staff that isn't Hendrickson or Hunt themselves. In fact, the only time I met one of them was when I had an epidural steroid injection, and he seemed nice. But I've been going to the office for over a year and I haven't ever noticed them in the office. So the staff I interact with including Kim is excellent.
