Another example of improper work! We purchased the model home in a Hendrickson Homes neighborhood five years ago. We recently found water damage and mold in the wall of the front room. It turns out that flashing was not installed on the outside of the home under the rock facade at the time the house was built. Moisture had been seeping in since Day 1. We had the damage repaired. double check company does not back improper work – We have had our home for eight years. The home was two years old when we bought it...window problems have existed from the time the house was built. Not just our house, but many of the neighbors and Hendrickson has refused to fix their subpar work. And it isn't actually the window per say, but the flashing and sealing around it. Long story short if you have a bay window below the water ends up in the downstairs ceiling and maybe through the molding! They have been called by ... read more

Mixed bag We love our house built in 2002. Nice quality and design extras: high ceilings and doors, painted wood work, maple cabinets, windows with panes, tile accents, open greatroom floor plan.

Mixed bag We love our house built in 2002. Nice quality and design extras: high ceilings and doors, painted wood work, maple cabinets, windows with panes, tile accents, open greatroom floor plan. PROS: Cabinetry, woodwork, high ceilings, model home realtor very helpful CONS: Very poor follow up with warranty, would not patronize business again.
