My car wouldn’t start, thought it was a problem with the starter and had it towed in. Turns out I had put an underpowered batter in, they tested it and replaced the battery. Very honest and professional

They could have easily ripped me off because I dropped my Mercedes off thinking the heat wasn't working, but something had just been pushed. They didn't charge me! They have fixed every issue with my old Mercedes for a very fair price, fast and honest. Because of the honesty and integrity these guys have always displayed, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
Recently had the upper and lower ball joints replaced on my '99 Lincoln Town Car by Aloe Tech on New York Ave. (excellent repair shop), but it required an alignment which they don't do. They took it to Trio Auto Repair nearby which had just installed new alignment equipment. When I picked up the car, Aloe Tech gave me a printout of the before and after alignment specs for camber, caster and toe. Admittedly my business with Hendrickson Car Care was completely unexpected, but undoubtedly fantastic. Hendrickson’s was called at random to tow my car after being totaled in a nearby accident. Shaken up, hurt and alone I was met with such kindness and sincerity. The gentleman who retrieved my car spoke with me in a soft and genuine manner, assured me everything would be okay and he was available to me at any time, should I need anything.
