Been here twice now. Each time I was greeted and helped. No complaints, staff was nice and respectful.
I came in on Wednesday, 10:43. An older woman with grey, short hair at one of the windows didn’t greet me- that’s fine. Didn’t look up at me when I stood there or when I spoked. I approached with, “Hi, I’m new to this and I’m not sure how this goes, I have my documents.” She laughed at me, was also the only time she looked at me. Questioned why I didn’t know what to do and scuffed, telling me to give her a second. Just didn’t feel good when I left the place. Hopefully this review can influence a more welcoming attitude.
