I went to pay after a visit to the urgent care center and was told that my insurance covered the entire bill. Now months later I’ve got a 73$ account with a debt collection agency. I wouldn’t have minded paying but to tell me that my insurance covered it when I tried to pay at the time of visit and then send me a bill later is unprofessional.
