I was able to be seen fairly quickly depending on my flexibility in location. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile! I only sat in the waiting room for a few minutes and was called back fairly quickly. Dr. Ritchie’s AT was so nice. Dr. Ritchie was nice and helped me understand where the true issue may lie regarding my specific situation. I’m thankful for his knowledge.
The front desk lady with Zachary Ritchie is very rude. I've been coming here since I was born. Never will I be back for anything. This is the 2nd time she was rude. They changed my appointment time without telling me and expect it to be fine.
