BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! He does not communicate except when he wants some money. He does not give receipts after receiving a draw and does not give any signed release of lien and liens against the properties have already started rolling in. The framing work is inferior. The materials he orders are inferior. He does not build according to the plans. He does not order the proper amount of materials. I wouldn't hire them to build a house or for any roofing work. I was hired to work on two separate jobs and the roofs leaked on both house. Both had outlets misaligned when the sheet rock was hung so multiple (bad) patches had to be done in each house along with other things that shouldn't happen when you are hiring an experienced home builder. But I guess they do it right because they do it twice. He has people who obviously smell of marijuana when you walk past them, working for him. He has bad time management. Bad communi... read more
