My clients are elderly and can't do things around the house as they could before. Jesse from Hendricks Handyman Services made them very comfortable and filled the request of repairing as instructed. Very professional and personable. My client has requested to use this company and Jesse in the need future and to send many referrals to their friends.
Called them to get a quote on a job A gentleman showed up we talked about it for about 45 minutes. I was told I would be getting a quote. the next week they called me and said a technician had to come out to look at things to get a quote I don`t understand why the first guy came if he didn`t know how to quote the job. Next I schedule to have a 2nd technician come out they give me a 9am to 12pm window no call never showed up called to check on it and was told we need to expand the window to 12pm to 2pm. Hendricks Handyman Services has done several projects for us. They have always been prompt and professional. Their prices seem fair and we would recommend them to anyone.
