The worst management company. I lived at Casa Corsicana for three years which is managed by Hendricks Enterprises. It's nothing special, certainly not worth the high rent they charge. The first year the rent was okay, then the following rent increases each year were ridiculously high. Cost of monthly trash fee is very high and increases every month without notice. Unfortunately we are not able to control the market rents in the area. They go up as a result of demand and inflation. As to maintenance, we have a full staff of techs that work M - F 9a - 5p. the owner's and property manager at the casa corna cana at 12450 rose st in seminole florida are horrible people. We lived in apartment in seminole for 7 years and hendricks was the 3rd owners. in the couple of years of them owning the property we had nothing but trouble with them being rude, stealing from us, not fixing several appliances that were included in our fee, we delt with mold, bugs, not being able to get ahold of anyone when we had emergencys with apartment. the property manager spliced into my electric for the p... read more
I was a tenant at CASA CORSICANA , Seminole Fl. since Jan 2015. Hendrick's Enterprises took over approximately 2 plus years ago managing the property. Recently I moved and bought a townhouse due to rent prices increasing. .My tiny 2 bedroom and no amenities apt was up to 1225. Apartment was left VERY clean and was out by the 5th of the month. I received a certified letter showing I owed half months rent and took my deposit for carpet cleaning, cleaning apt and my last water/trash bill. All of those charges closely added up t... read more
