hendricks plumbing replaced the last 18ft of my sewer line going out into the street back in september of 2023 while the work ok they did not give me a reasonable estimate beacuse after the city got involved they ended up charging me way more money by telling me that hendricks had to put down and concrete down and then asphalt on top costing me alot more money and just recently the city of collinsville did a sewer job across the street from me and it was cheaply done no concrete was poured and no special cuts made for the as... read more
Lets talk about a problem after my line was installed i had an issue I will never know if it was hendrix plumbing or the company I got my house from all I know is after I purchased my house I called hendrix looked up who installed my line he come over no questions asked said I will fix it come back fixed the problem could have blamed it on someone else but did not is a stand up guy man of his word fixed the problem no charge and he may not have been at fault you can 100 percent trust this company
This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a home improvement company. Rachael, the lady that set my appointment was so courteous and kind, even after I had to call her again and again with silly questions. And Jerod did an amazing job on our bathroom. He was on time, efficient, and the job was done perfectly. This company exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to everyone.
Replaced all the old galvanized pipe also. Work was done quickly and efficiently.
