Brought my car in for a touchscreen problem and Haley let me know my car needed a software update. She quickly got my car taken back and everything was handled! Haley was efficient and so nice in the process! Always ask for Haley! She's the BOMB!

Excellent experience. The one who helped us buy the car (Jason) was not your typical pushy annoying sales person like we experienced at the Winston-Salem VW dealer.
