Joshua O in service was pleasant and informing as was everyone else at the dealership. It was our 1st service experience since purchasing our 2026 VW Tiguan Type-S Turbo from Sunset VW. Also, the car received a great car wash especially with the recent influx of love bugs. We made the correct decision purchasing here instead of locally and would highly recommend them!
Since buying my car in 2022, almost all of my experiences with the Service Department have involved Chelsea - and without Chelsea, I'd be broke and confused. She knows it all, does it all, and her follow-through is on point! She's honest, upfront and makes me feel heard, understood and supported - things that are all valued and appreciated as a customer. Her knowledge is invaluable and she's a top-notch asset to your team! I hope she never leaves, and if she does, I hope she takes me with her. (:
Can’t figure out why a service visit put 20 miles on my car. And my car was dirty when I picked it up. All that was done was a computer upgrade.

Here's a warning: if you decide to use this dealership, be prepared to be overcharged for unnecessary services. I went in for a routine oil change, and they claimed my battery was in critical condition and needed to be replaced for about $500. I arranged for an on-site mobile battery company to handle the replacement. We recently visited VW Orem and had a great experience, even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle. Jackson, the agent who assisted us, was very kind and attentive throughout the entire process. We were VW customers many years ago, and we truly noticed that things have changed for the better. Unprofessional, dishonest, unorganized, are a few words to best describe this location. Do not trust this team, they do not have any integrity. After days of back and forth to have our previous lease taken over to start a new lease and promises that everything was included, we were eventually contacted by the previous lease company that we were in collections because VW had not paid the balances as promised.
