I bought a used Sienna here in 2019, and have brought it back for the milestone oil changes / checkups at 75k, 100k, and 125k. Having tried some discount oil change places in between, it is true that you get what you pay for. Hendrick is more expensive than the discount places, but their work is consistently excellent and the service is the same. I had a great experience with the service associate Mercedes.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL TOYOTA ANYTHING. Their overall quality of employees, service, sales, are all overpriced and not what they used to be.
