Chris Garzone is the guy to see. All associates at this service center are great, but I've been going to Chris since my first car. He's extremely helpful, considerate, and builds a relationship with his customer. This is the preferred service center of north Charlotte - I drive the extra 10-15 minutes, because they make getting a maintenance no longer a hassle.
I have been servicing my vehicle at this location for over a year now. They do quality work in a timely manner. The service manager at this location is very focused on customer satisfaction, and has gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that may arise during my visits. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

I bought a used car from the Huntersville location but needed help factory resetting the multimedia screen. Ryan from service was super helpful and I was out in less than twenty minutes, tops.
