I went for routine maintenance, and about six months later I discovered that my wheel lock key was missing. I never took it out of the car, and the only time anyone touched the wheels was during the tire rotation at that service. When I called them, they insisted that a wheel lock key isn’t needed for rotation and completely denied losing it. Unfortunately, I have no proof, but just a heads-up to everyone, be careful, especially when they work on your wheels.
Carson in the in the service department was super kind and helpful with getting my tire replaced. Thank you again!!
