The sales people are great, I recommend Sofia Pitts! After buying my brand new car I had to visit the service department several times just to get a simple issue looked at! After being called that my car is ready to be picked up (an hour after when they said it would be done) I was told that I car was ready to be picked up. Buying a car is stressful enough and we've had some difficult experiences with other dealers in the area, but the team of people we worked with at Hendrick Toyota in Apex were great. People were friendly and they actually try to help you (not just sell you something).
