Yesterday, 7/1/22, me and my fiancé (both active duty Navy) were traveling from Virginia Beach, VA to Nebo, NC. While passing through Durham, NC suddenly our 2015 Outback broke down leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Took my Crosstrek to Hendrick to have the Starlink and GPS updated. Made the appointment online and entered these two items as needing to be done. The service rep asked me what I needed done at the time of drop off. I told her Starlink and GPS updates. She said ok and I left the vehicle. She also told me I would get a complimentary car wash and the interior vacuumed. When I reviewed the bill at pickup it didn’t reflect the GPS update.
