Performance Out Performed Our Expectations We had two consecutive experiences with Performance Subaru where Deborah Marable showed unbelievable customer service. The first was the night we purchased the car, we drove 90 miles from our home after agreeing to the terms provided by Anna Latta the sales manager. Yesterday, 7/1/22, me and my fiancé (both active duty Navy) were traveling from Virginia Beach, VA to Nebo, NC. While passing through Durham, NC suddenly our 2015 Outback broke down leaving us stranded on the side of the road. We tried hard to find a mechanic near us but everything was either closed or almost closed so we had our car towed to the closest Subaru dealership (Hendricks Southpoint). Has 900$ hidden free for useless protective coating and only dropped the price 200$. Refused to go even 200$ lower. Waste of time.

Took my Crosstrek to Hendrick to have the Starlink and GPS updated. Made the appointment online and entered these two items as needing to be done. The service rep asked me what I needed done at the time of drop off. I told her Starlink and GPS updates. She said ok and I left the vehicle. She also told me I would get a complimentary car wash and the interior vacuumed. When I reviewed the bill at pickup it didn’t reflect the GPS update.
