Had to get a engine light check out... DPG filter, the did a force Regen and it's doing good now! Talked about a trade in and going 2500 gas? On the fence, but the team at Hendrick of South point are top of the line! I really enjoyed every visit!
UGH! Despite being long time customer who has purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership, when my GMC 2500 had an "engine warning" light on needing to be diagnosed, the dealer wants me to wait nearly two weeks (13 days to be exact) in order to get an appointment. Half a month to get a mechanic to diagnose my truck. Unacceptable! Lesson learned! When purchasing a vehicle, make sure the dealer is able to provide you with "timely" service if/when needed.
My Aunt Frida Watson came to the dealership earlier this week and had such an amazing experience! Martina Dela Rosa assisted her during her entire process from beginning to end and she did a tremendous job!! Martina really went out of her way to make sure she was taken care of and thoroughly explained everything for her to understand! Thank you Martina for taking such great care of my Aunt!!
