Kinda gave us the run around at the service desks, think it may have been due to it being Saturday, but they eventually took care if us
Worst customer experience ever. Went to multiple dealerships and the salespeople didn’t want to come out of the showroom. No greetings. BMW sales guy greeted us but then blew us off. Go somewhere else!
