The end product was exactly what we wanted and better than expected. We hired Hendrick for the pool and concrete. We did the pavilion, rock and sod ourselves. We love the automatic cover. We ended up going with their standard coping, which is much better than any of the coping on my friend’s pools. The concrete turned out perfectly and was beautifully crafted. This company is apart of Henco Transport. One of there CDL drives, Timothy Mark King, vandalized my truck and was recorded doing so. Then skipped his court date and has an active warrant. Just thought I’d let people be aware of who will be delivering their pools. And yes I’ve called a few times and left messages to let the company know.
He started my pool 11/22 Didn't finish it at all. Took over 70000 my yard pool was so badd I had hire another pool company to finish just job. I'm a black single female. He finished my two neighbors who are white single females. He finished their project les thsn 4 weeks. He told me he would finish my yard when he got ready. Heat pump spills out carbon monoxide. Best in town!
Hendrick Pool installed our pool 25 years ago. We have been through 25/openings and 25/closings; 2 heaters; 3 chlorinators; numerous filters and drums + the 96 others things needed. While not cheap, I believe them to be the best. Fair, honest, responsive.
