I have a 2025 Mini Country man. I have had it 11 months. Took it in 6 months ago. It needed 2 new rear tires. $800 Only had the car for 4 months. 6 months later took it in for an oil change. Was told I needed 4 new tires. $1600. Was told the new minis “just wear out tires faster”. I am not going to call the employees of Hendrick Mini liars and con men. I have owned multiple minis. This may be my last. And to the employees of Hendrick Mini liars… Shame on you!!!
Craig Eves has been my go-to Service Advisor at Hendrick Mini for years now. He is consistently prompt in his communication, professional in his recommendations, and personable in his outstanding customer service. As long as Craig is at Mini, I will always seek him out for whatever help I need with my car. He’s an outstanding ambassador for the Hendrick and Mini brands.
Craig and the service dept were super helpful! Without asking, they looked over our Mini and found a problem with one of the engine mounts. Got both repairs, the scheduled one and the found one, completed. It was the “easy button” to make sure our Mini is in top shape!
My 2020 MINI COOPER convertible was having trouble with the top. It would start making this terrible sound when I tried to put it up. I eventually got it up, but it was not easy. Period thei Oh, c department took a quick look at it and figured out what was wrong and I was on my way. The service was excellent.
Brian Barrack is one of the most exceptional sales associates I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge of cars and guidance throughout the process were outstanding. He truly knows his stuff. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle at the time, Brian has continued to stay in touch, keeping an eye out for options within my price range and genuinely investing in building a long-term relationship rather than just making a quick sale
