From start to finish, Brian was excellent. He never pressured but just provided solid answers to my questions. My final question was “Do you own a Mini?” He responded, yes, we all do…they are fabulous vehicles. That said volumes to me. Further, Brian was just easy to talk to, offered his cell phone number for any additional questions, and just a wealth of information. The Service Rep (Craig) from two services ago (not the one at my visit last week) was a bit more personable and not aloof. He was engaging and made me feel comfortable as a customer who brings their vehicle to the dealer for everything - I could go elsewhere but I choose to allow the dealer to handle their vehicle. With that, some appreciative customer service skills should be utilized by “all” your service staff not just the salesmen.
The service and care were AMAZING!!! My advisers greeted me upon my appointment arrival time, they explained what the car care plan was and they were helpful in every step of the process by letting me know what should be done today and what could wait to be done in the future. My adviser also sat with me in my car and taught me a few things about the car technology aka bells and whistles.
