Pretty good! Took my ls430 in for a balance after discount tire retried 6 times. Got it fixed and smooth, and gave my car a much needed wash. Took 2 hours which seems a bit long for a light balance, but the waiting area is incredibly nice and the staff were lax.
I absolutely love the service center at Hendrick Lexus and will only buy a Lexus for my next vehicle so I can have the security of still being able to work with this talented team. Craig was my most recent consultant and he went above and beyond. He discovered an issue with the car and researched the history to see the issue should have been resolved with some prior work done on the car.
