I work with Craig Rossman, and he is fantastic. I called him this afternoon when I realized my tire pressure sensor was on, alerting me to a low pressure issue with a rear tire. I drove in and Craig got the tire replaced, the car washed, and me back to the office as efficiently as possible. I bought the tires there last fall, so only paid a small fee for labor, the new tire was covered. The customer lounge is lovely, and I enjoy every aspect of this dealership.

We recently bought a used Lexus from a different dealership. We had suspicions that the car had something wrong with it. So on the advice of a trusted mechanic friend, we took it here. The service representative Robert Cheng listened to our concerns and recommended a pre-purchase inspection. The inspection was thorough and revealed a serious problem.
