Would give zero stars if I could. The only reason I get my oil changed here is because it was thrown in as part of our warranty deal when we bought our car here two years ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have made an appointment for one, I have been sitting in the waiting area for literal hours. I parked my 2023 Lincoln Aviator right in front of the showroom. I walked in and started looking and sitting in the vehicles. I was trying to decide what would be around the same size as my Lincoln. No one asked me a single thing. There was an employee sitting in the corner staring at his phone the entire 30 minutes I was there.
