Brian Dowless was our manager during our recent scheduled maintenance in March 2025. He was polite and extremely helpful, and I strongly recommend him to anyone. Fortunately, our car needs minimal maintenance since it has such low mileage after 10 years! We have been so pleased with our Lexus from this dealership and highly recommend it when asked.

Dealer raised the price of the car we inquired about after stating negotiations and then lowered the price to original offer after a lengthy negotiation. Not easy to deal with on any level.
