Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte is the best dealership I've ever dealt with!!! WE bought a used vehicle and it developed some black smoke from the exhaust while under warranty. Instead of just patching the problem they replaced the entire engine at no cost!! They provided a new vehicle as a loaner and even delivered it. I live 2 hrs from the dealership. Brian Dowless was our manager during our recent scheduled maintenance in March 2025. He was polite and extremely helpful, and I strongly recommend him to anyone. Fortunately, our car needs minimal maintenance since it has such low mileage after 10 years! We have been so pleased with our Lexus from this dealership and highly recommend it when asked.
We bought a Lexus ES 350 a few weeks ago and love it. We had white glove service from beginning to end. In particular, Chris Frydry (Retail Business Manager) was exceptionally helpful from the information on the car to the loan process and intro to the tech team, (shout out to Rebecca Brewton - very helpful to us with the technology).
