Worst service I ever experienced A brought up concerns I had with my van and they did not look into it and now when my vehicle goes over 60k miles now they say I have to pay, I tried providing my extended warranty info and they still don’t want to do anything until I pay out of pocket and they didn’t even try to call the warranty department. I ended up needing to get some recall work done. I had to get an airbag software update and the anti-theft recall done. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone was. I was in and out quicker than I thought I would.
Brandon Owens was a stellar advisor. He was courteous, honest and accommodating. He called me an Uber to make sure I was able to keep an appointment.
