Sam has been my service advisor prior to the dealership transitioning to Ourisman; he has always given me the best service and my level of trust with him is high - always keeps things simple and ensures you take care of the most important things that need to be addressed during your service. I can honestly say that I won't even speak to another advisor and will wait for Sam if he is busy or not available when I call. Absolutely the best one in the service department - knowledgeable, candid and responsive.
Everyone was very helpful and I got what I needed done.
