Great service advisor
I wasn’t told Ourisman charges a 3% fee for credit card payment. My repair was an expensive one, so 3% fee was significant.
Gabby was a very professional service manager. She explained all the details regarding the repairs required on a 2007 Ridgeline including pricing details. She was also available to answer my questions. As for the technician, he provided comprehensive videos of the repairs needed. The only issue with Ourisman was trying to contact service via the main number and reaching a bot vice a human.
