I had the most wonderful experience with the dealership and my salesperson, Anne Marie. When my car got totaled I visited Hendrick Honda and talked with Anne Marie. It took 3 weeks before insurance finalized everything and I could buy a car. Anne Marie kept in touch with me, was encouraging and kind, and promptly answered all my questions. She and the dealership gave me a GREAT deal on a 2017 Honda Civic sedan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING A CAR HERE. Paul the financial manager lied to us. He told us the car was serviced when I got the car, come to find out when I came back to get it "detail".....I found out it wasn't serviced!! Then after the "detail" the ashes from cigarettes was still in the car, and it wasn't even vacuumed out and stained were still visible on my leather which if you honestly licked your finger to wipe it off, it would've worked.
